With hands-on experience in thousands of cases, we’ve developed a strong appreciation for the practical and emotional challenges our clients face.

About the Owner
Olivier (Ollie) Love
I first joined SWOT Services under its founder, Wendy, and quickly saw how meaningful this work can be. After experiencing a family downsizing myself, I understood how much care and coordination these transitions require. When Wendy retired, I stepped in to continue the service she built.

With over five years of experience and thousands of downsizing and estate cases behind me, I’m committed to making every transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. My focus is simple: efficient, respectful support for you and your family during life’s big moments.

Our Founder
Wendy Smith
SWOT Services was established after its founder, Wendy Smith, supported her own family through an overwhelming transition involving an estate cleanout and a move into a retirement home. That experience revealed how many people face similar challenges without support.

Wendy brought over 30 years of community service and 19 years as Senior Manager of Operations at the Guelph Chamber of Commerce to the business, shaping SWOT Services’ focus on compassion, organization, and community connection.
