SWOT Services (South Western Ontario Transition Services) began with a deep understanding of how demanding downsizing and estate transitions can be. These processes require organization, patience, and a thoughtful approach—qualities we bring to every project. With hands-on experience in thousands of cases, we’ve developed a strong appreciation for the practical and emotional challenges our clients face.

We specialize in supporting seniors, families, executors/POAs and businesses with a wide range of services, including moving, downsizing, estate liquidation, junk removal, and commercial cleanouts. Our focus is always on doing the job efficiently while treating people and their belongings with respect.

About the Owner
Olivier (Ollie) Love
I first joined SWOT Services under its founder, Wendy, and quickly saw how meaningful this work can be. After experiencing a family downsizing myself, I understood how much care and coordination these transitions require. When Wendy retired, I stepped in to continue the service she built.

With over six years of experience and thousands of downsizing and estate cases behind me, I’m committed to making every transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. My focus is simple: efficient, respectful support for you, your family, or your business during life’s big moments.

Our Founder
Wendy Smith
SWOT Services was established after its founder, Wendy Smith, supported her own family through an overwhelming transition involving an estate cleanout and a move into a retirement home. That experience revealed how many people face similar challenges without support.

Wendy brought over 30 years of community service and 19 years as Senior Manager of Operations at the Guelph Chamber of Commerce to the business, shaping SWOT Services’ focus on compassion, organization, and community connection.
